So far - in East Asia - I have driven rental cars in South Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, and CENTRAL China (Wuhan - not Shanghai or Beijing). The driving that frustrates me the most is in South Korea, and especially around Seoul. I can understand why traffic in Manila is terrible - that's a third-world city. But Seoul is far more developed. It is a wealthy city. I expected the drivers to be more like the Japanese - fairly organized. Nope!
